Then we regard the vine - the grape variety, the clone, the root-stock - to apprehend the culture of this plant with a traditional and technical mind of its own … And now, we’re in front of the man who works this land, but who rarely asks of the terroir ‘What is it…?’ and ‘Where is it… ?’ because… he himself is part of it !
